Delivery:

We ship using the fastest, most economical carriers (UPS, Fedex, Purolator).
PO Boxes must be sent by Canada Post.
For apartment buildings, if you are not sure if your recipient will be home to accept delivery, we recommend selecting Canada Post or having the gift delivered to their workplace.
What if the gift recipient isn't home?
Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.
Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.
Delivery Timelines:
Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe
Orders placed before 11am on business days are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following BUSINESS day.
Canada-wide shipping:
Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Arrival depends on the shipping method selected.
Western Canada shipping times: Approximately 1-5 business days.
Rest of Canada shipping: 2-8+ business days.

SIGNATURE PACKAGING: Our Sip & Savor Gift Basket is hand-packed in our sea grass basket. Your message is hand-written on our complimentary note cards and included inside the box. Our gift items never include any billing, pricing or gift title information.
SHIPPING: If your gift is being shipped, it is packed and protected in a shipping box so that your gift will arrive as beautiful as when it left our boutique.
A NOTE ABOUT SUBSTITUTIONS: We partner with small Canadian businesses to bring you a unique selection of products in our gift boxes. While we strive to include every item pictured, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can impact availability. To ensure you receive a beautiful and complete gift, we reserve the right to substitute an unavailable item with a comparable product of equal or greater value.
