Delivery:

We ship using the fastest, most economical carriers (UPS, Fedex, Purolator).
PO Boxes must be sent by Canada Post.
For apartment buildings, if you are not sure if your recipient will be home to accept delivery, we recommend selecting Canada Post or having the gift delivered to their workplace.
What if the gift recipient isn't home?
Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.
Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.
Delivery Timelines:
Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe
Orders placed before 11am on business days are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following BUSINESS day.
Canada-wide shipping:
Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Arrival depends on the shipping method selected.
Western Canada shipping times: Approximately 1-5 business days.
Rest of Canada shipping: 2-8+ business days.

Fabriqué à la main en Ontario, Canada, dans notre atelier familial. Ces dessous de verre artisanaux en bois sur le thème de la forêt sont conçus, dessinés, découpés et poncés à la main et fabriqués sur mesure pour vous. Bois incrusté et fini avec une couche de laque pour les protéger pendant des années, en noyer et érable naturels. Découpés et assemblés en deux couches, ces dessous de verre ajouteront une touche du Nord à votre table basse ou à votre comptoir.
Ces dessous de verre mesurent environ 10 x 10 cm (3,9" x 3,9" pouces) et 1/2" d'épaisseur.
En raison de la nature artisanale de cet article, chacun sera légèrement différent - un motif de grain de bois unique sera présent sur chaque dessous de verre. Entretien des dessous de verre : Ne pas immerger dans l'eau ni mettre au lave-vaisselle. Essuyer avec un chiffon humide et laisser sécher.
