We ship using the fastest, most economical carriers (UPS, Fedex, Purolator).
PO Boxes must be sent by Canada Post.
For apartment buildings, if you are not sure if your recipient will be home to accept delivery, we recommend selecting Canada Post or having the gift delivered to their workplace.
What if the gift recipient isn't home?
Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.
Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.
Delivery Timelines:
Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe
Orders placed before 11am on business days are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following BUSINESS day.
Canada-wide shipping:
Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Arrival depends on the shipping method selected.
Western Canada shipping times: Approximately 1-5 business days.
Rest of Canada shipping: 2-8+ business days.

Nées au cœur du Piémont, dans une boulangerie artisanale fondée il y a plus de 200 ans, nos focaccinas (prononcez « fo-ka-tchi-na » en français) sont préparées selon un savoir-faire transmis de génération en génération.
Leur texture fine, dorée et croustillante en fait une bouchée irrésistible. Parfaites pour l'apéritif, elles se dégustent seules ou accompagnées de charcuteries, de fromages ou d'antipasti.
Important : En raison de leur texture fine et croustillante, ces focaccinas sont naturellement délicates et peuvent arriver partiellement brisées. Ceci est normal et n'affecte en rien leur qualité, leur saveur ou leur fraîcheur. Leur fragilité fait partie de leur nature artisanale.
