Job Description:

Gift Smack, a premier gift curation and delivery service, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse and Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will support our operations by receiving and stocking inventory, processing online orders, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Receive inventory shipments, verify accuracy, and stock shelves appropriately.
• Order Processing: Accurately process and fulfill online orders in a timely manner.
• Customer Correspondence: Handle client and customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Shopify Management: Enter new products and update existing product information on our Shopify platform.
• Email Management: Maintain a clean and organized email inbox, ensuring important emails are flagged and responded to promptly.
• Project Facilitation: Assist with various projects as needed, following established systems and instructions.
• Curating Gifts: Assist in curating and assembling gift packages, with an eye for detail and current trends.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure the warehouse and workspace are kept clean and organized.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends to contribute to product selection and curation.
• System Adherence: Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operations.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is an asset.
• Proficiency with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of current trends in gifts and retail is a plus.
