Delivery:

We ship using the fastest, most economical carriers (UPS, Fedex, Purolator).
PO Boxes must be sent by Canada Post.
For apartment buildings, if you are not sure if your recipient will be home to accept delivery, we recommend selecting Canada Post or having the gift delivered to their workplace.
What if the gift recipient isn't home?
Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.
Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.
Delivery Timelines:
Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe
Orders placed before 11am on business days are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following BUSINESS day.
Canada-wide shipping:
Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Arrival depends on the shipping method selected.
Western Canada shipping times: Approximately 1-5 business days.
Rest of Canada shipping: 2-8+ business days.

SHIPPING: If your gift is being shipped, it is packed and protected in a shipping box so that your gift will arrive as beautiful as when it left our boutique.
A NOTE ABOUT SUBSTITUTIONS: We proudly support small-batch, local artisan and Canadian small businesses by including their goods in our gift boxes. As a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion and without a lot of notice, especially due to the continuing circumstances created by COVID19. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. We will not substitute an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our extremely high design standards.
For orders of 3 gifts or more, lead times may exceed our standard 1 business day. We will be in touch after we receive your order to discuss firm shipping dates and additional shipping costs.
