We ship using the fastest, most economical carriers (UPS, Fedex, Purolator).

PO Boxes must be sent by Canada Post.

For apartment buildings, if you are not sure if your recipient will be home to accept delivery, we recommend selecting Canada Post or having the gift delivered to their workplace.

What if the gift recipient isn't home?

Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.

Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.

Delivery Timelines:

Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Red Deer, Blackfalds, Lacombe

Orders placed before 11am on business days are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following BUSINESS day.

Canada-wide shipping:

Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Arrival depends on the shipping method selected.

Western Canada shipping times: Approximately 1-5 business days.

Rest of Canada shipping: 2-8+ business days.

Little Charlie sponge is made from 100% konjac root, a plant native to southeast Asia. When wet, this sponge becomes silky soft and is a wonderful addition to your Little Charlie bathing routine. Gentle enough for everyday use.

Directions: 1.Remove konjac sponge from packaging. Soak in warm water for 1-2 minutes to allow sponge to rehydrate. 2.Use sponge to soak up Little Charlie infused bath water and gently cleanse the child's skin, face and hair. 3. Rinse thoroughly and hang dry in between uses. Sponge will last approximately 3-4 months.
