What if the gift recipient isn't home?
Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.
Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.

SHIPPING: If your gift is being shipped, it is packed and protected in a shipping box so that your gift will arrive as beautiful as when it left our boutique.

As a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion and without a lot of notice, especially due to the continuing circumstances created by COVID19. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible.
