We ship using the fastest, most economical carriers (UPS, Fedex, Purolator).

PO Boxes must be sent by Canada Post.

For apartment buildings, if you are not sure if your recipient will be home to accept delivery, we recommend selecting Canada Post or having the gift delivered to their workplace.

What if the gift recipient isn't home?

Residential address: The carrier will leave the gift in a safe place at the door, if available. If there isn't a safe place to leave the gift, they'll leave it at the nearest pickup location.

Commercial address: The carrier will reattempt delivery the next business day.

Orders placed before 11am on business days are typically shipped out the same day and delivered the following BUSINESS day.

Canada-wide shipping:

Orders are shipped out the same or next business day. Arrival depends on the shipping method selected.

Western Canada shipping times: Approximately 1-5 business days.

Rest of Canada shipping: 2-8+ business days.

The build your own basket option is great! We were sending a basket to a client and I was able to put exactly what I wanted in the basket. The delivery fee is also very reasonable, half of what some of the other places have charged. Would definitely order from here again!
